2. Account Security

User Account Integrity

Users are solely responsible for protecting their login passwords and credentials.
Unauthorised credential sharing or credential transfer across users is strictly prohibited.
Immediate notice must be provided to IT support upon detecting any compromised account.

3. Institutional Data

Ownership & Confidentiality

All student, staff, fee, and academic data uploaded belongs exclusively to the institution.
Medhasutram processes data solely for platform operations and performance tracking.
No client data is sold, rented, or transferred to third-party commercial vendors.

4. Service Availability

Uptime & Maintenance

We maintain a target of 99.9% system availability and high server reliability.
Scheduled server maintenance window notices are communicated beforehand to system admins.
Medhasutram is not liable for temporary delays caused by ISP or network outages.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Compliance & Safety

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or hacking the source code is illegal.
Submitting malicious scripts, malware, or unauthorized automated queries is strictly barred.
Violation of system security leads to immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Terms Modification

Updates & Amendments

Medhasutram reserves the right to amend these terms to reflect feature upgrades or laws.
Revised terms become effective immediately upon posting to the online portal.
Continued usage of the system implies acceptance of all revised policies.
